May I return an item?Exchange or return?
An order is only complete when your are entirely satisfied. That is why Claesens.com gives you the option of returning your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange. All we ask is that the items are returned clean, unworn, and with the original label attached. Fill out the return- or exchange voucher at the bottom of the invoice, and return the items to us in their original packaging. Please ensure that sufficient postage is affixed, and send the parcel to the address shown below. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days from receipt of the parcel to your nominated (bank) account. Returning items by post is at the customer's own cost and risk. For deliveries to Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, Claesens.com will send replacement items free of charge once per order.
